You are never who you have become by your own doing. In as much as hanging out with the wrong crowd may encourage us to make bad life choices, the company of people of integrity inevitably promotes strong core values.

Walking with God is a choice. A personal one, that nobody can make on your behalf. Once I have personally embarked on the journey, I have learnt from experience the folly of trying to journey alone. While there is and must be an undeniable personal and individual relationship between God and yourself, drawing from the experience of other, more mature believers, is invaluable.
